Refunds & Return Policy

We have quality checked each and every one of our products. Because of that we're 99% sure your product will be perfect in terms of quality. What if your product belongs to that 1% that's not perfect? Well, we're human after all. We might miss out on some details and make mistakes. See the text below on what to do when your product quality is not up to standards. 


  1. Upon receiving our product, please take an uncut video of the unboxing of the package. In this video, details of the product and the defects must be visible. Please ensure the product and the packaging are fully shown within the frame. This to ensure the product and packaging have not been tampered with.
  2. Additionally, the buyer can provide photos of details of the defects. 
  3. Our team will investigate the buyer's footage.
  4. If from the provided footage can be concluded the defect is an error on our behalf, we will provide compensation. This compensation will be in the form of a new product. In case a product is out of stock, we will return the price of the item to the buyer's account. 


Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. We strongly recommend you to contact us for sizing recommendations.
